...Refreezing Snow and Ice Will Produce Dangerous Travel
Conditions Tonight Through Tomorrow Morning...

Melting snow and ice runoff is expected to refreeze over roadways
tonight as lows drop into the 20s area wide. Back roads,
neighborhoods, bridges, off-ramps, and overpasses are most
susceptible to freezing and black ice. Areas of ice will be hard
to identify at night and under snow and slush. If travel is
necessary, use extreme caution.
